| The property enjoys full LPG central heating with additional effect 'woodburner' style electric fire in the main living area. This room is equipped with TV, DVD player, radio and CD player. The beds are fitted with quality duvets and linen is provided free of charge. Additional bedding is available for those who like to be extra snug. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine. There are external drying facilities and tumble drying on request. There is parking adjacent to the house, accessed by a private driveway. This is sufficient for two cars and a trailer/boat. There is also shed space available for cycles. For the health and safety of all, we prefer smokers to indulge outside! |
